How We Build Curved Walls
We use high-strength flexible plasterboard sheets engineered to bend to tight radii without cracking or delaminating. These boards are layered over custom curved framing, then jointed and finished to produce a smooth, paint-ready surface.
The framing is the critical step. Every curve must be set to a consistent radius with no flat spots or kinks. We build custom framing for each project so the finished wall follows a true, even arc. Once the plasterboard is fixed and the joins are finished, the surface has the same consistency as a standard gyprock wall.

- Double-layered strength: Two layers of flexible board provide impact resistance equal to or greater than a standard single-layer flat wall.
